REFUND POLICY

In short: All purchases are final once you've accessed the content, since our programmes are delivered digitally and can be viewed immediately. Before you buy, you'll confirm you understand this. If something's genuinely gone wrong on our end - a technical issue, a duplicate charge, the wrong product - contact us and we'll sort it out.

1. Digital content and your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. However, because our programmes are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, you'll be asked to confirm - before you gain access - that you understand and agree to waive this 14-day cancellation right in exchange for immediate access to your content.

Once you've made this confirmation and accessed your purchase, the sale is final and non-refundable.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

2. If you haven't yet accessed your purchase

If you change your mind before accessing any content, contact us at support@luminositylab.org within 14 days of purchase and we'll process a full refund.

3. Exceptions

We will always make this right if:

  • You were charged in error or charged twice for the same purchase

  • You purchased the wrong product and contact us before accessing it

  • There's a genuine technical fault on our end that prevents you from accessing what you paid for

4. How to request a refund

Email support@luminositylab.org with your name, order number, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Kajabi Payments / Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Payment plans

Each payment made under a payment plan is subject to this Refund Policy. Cancelling future instalments does not affect payments already made unless one of the exceptions in this policy applies.
